Neck pain can include pain into the neck, upper back, headaches and symptoms into the arms.
Examination includes a thorough Orthopedic evaluation of the neck with the addition of assessment of neural tension, segmental motion of the thoracic spine, rib dysfunctions, myofascial tension through the neck and shoulders, cervical segmental mobility, and cranial assessment.
