Does SpineFocus Physical Therapy accept Health Spending Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)?
Yes. HSA and FSA accounts can be used to pay for medically necessary Physical Therapy. A receipt will be sent after each session for your records.
Is my health information private?
Yes. SpineFocus Physical Therapy follows all state and federal protected health information laws and is HIPPA compliant. See Notice of Privacy Practices link below for more information.
