Does SpineFocus Physical Therapy accept Medicare or insurance?

No. SpineFocus Physical Therapy uses a cash-based model of Physical Therapy. This allows for one-on-one personalized care with a Doctor of Physical Therapy that is not limited by insurance carrier restrictions.

What is the cost and how do I pay for my sessions?

SpineFocus Physical Therapy charges $160 for initial evaluation, $150 for one hour follow-up sessions and $125 for 45 minute follow-up sessions.  Payment is made at each session through the scheduling system with the card on file.  

Does SpineFocus Physical Therapy accept Health Spending Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)?

Yes. HSA and FSA accounts can be used to pay for medically necessary Physical Therapy.  A receipt will be sent after each session for your records.

Can I submit my paid invoice for reimbursement from my health insurance?

Many commerical carriers will reimburse based on out-of-network benefits. An invoice called a superbill can be generated for you to submit to your insurance. This is the responsibility of the patient to see if their insurance participates in out-of-network benefits, coverage, and submission of the paid invoice.

Is my health information private?
