Authentic Patient-Centered Approach: Dr. Mark's Commitment is You!
Dr. Mark's services are tailored to your needs. Manual techniques are utilized based on your individual dysfunctions. Exercises provided are not standard PT exercises, they are based on what you need from a thorough hands-on evaluation.

Evidence-Based Hands-on Approach to Physical Therapy
- Often, the site of pain is a symptom of a combination of faulty mechanics of the cranium, ribs, spine, hips, pelvis, and lower extremities. Gradually improving mobility of these areas of faulty mechanics with a specialized hands-on manual approach takes stress off of painful areas thus improving symptoms and overall functional mobility.
- A systematic literature review published in July of 2023 (the highest level of evidence) supports and further recommends the use of these manual techniques to significantly reduce the amount of functional disability, improve spine range of motion, and decreases pain intensity in patients with low back pain[2].
