Does SpineFocus Physical Therapy accept health insurance?
We don't bill directly through insurance, which allows us to offer a higher level of expertise at a fixed, transparent price. This model helps us keep costs lower for our patients and avoids the limitations and hidden fees often associated with insurance-based practices. By eliminating insurance involvement, we also give our patients greater autonomy over their care, ensuring they receive the best treatment without surprises or restrictions. Please call or message SpineFocus Physical Therapy with further questions or for more cost details.
Does SpineFocus Physical Therapy accept Health Spending Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)?
Yes. HSA and FSA accounts can be used to pay for medically necessary Physical Therapy. A receipt will be sent after each session for your records.
Can I submit my paid invoice for reimbursement from my health insurance?
Many commerical carriers will reimburse based on out-of-network benefits. An invoice called a superbill can be generated for you to submit to your insurance. This is the responsibility of the patient to see if their insurance participates in out-of-network benefits, coverage, and submission of the paid invoice.
Is my health information private?
Yes. SpineFocus Physical Therapy follows all state and federal protected health information laws and is HIPPA compliant. See Notice of Privacy Practices link below for more information.
