Symptoms can come from the elbow, wrist, shoulder, neck, ribs and upper back.
Examination includes screening for cervical and thoracic spine involvement, rib involvement, shoulder involvement, upper extremity neural tension, and a thorough Orthopedic evaluation of the elbow and wrist regions.
